Cancellation policy

ONE-TIME ORDERS

Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has been picked, packed, and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us at kasia@bgobeauty.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order." We process orders quickly — if you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return and refund options.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal, or by contacting us directly.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancellations must be made before your next scheduled shipment date. Cancellation requests received after a subscription order has been fulfilled and shipped will apply to the following billing cycle — the current shipment will not be refunded unless it meets the conditions of our Refund Policy.

• Log in to your account at bgobeauty.com and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" to cancel or pause at any time.
• Alternatively, email kasia@bgobeauty.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

There are no fees or penalties for cancelling a subscription.

BEAUTY BIOLOGY™ CONSULTATIONS

Consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

Preorder purchases for Beauty Biology™ consultations may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your consultation date is confirmed. Once a date is booked, the standard cancellation terms above apply.
