Processing Time
• Orders ship within 2–4 business days.
• During sales or holidays, processing may be 4–6 business days.

Shipping Rates
• Calculated at checkout.
• Free U.S. shipping on orders $99+ (after discounts, before tax).
• Orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Delivery Times
• USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority: 2–4 business days
• UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
(Carrier delays are outside our control.)

Order Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Tracking
You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Heat-Sensitive Items
Natural balms may soften or melt during warm weather. Place in the fridge to reset texture.
(Melting does not affect product performance.)

Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, email [your email] within 3 days with photos and your order number.
