Our ingredients are carefully selected to provide your skin with the nourishment it needs. Using all natural, organic, vegan + ethically sourced ingredients, we set out to create products that are cruelty free to animals + humans alike. Crafted in small batches, we like to call our products Intentional skincare because each part is thought out, from start to finish, and has a purpose in each and every formulation. Meet Our Founder
BGO Beauty + Wellness was founded in 2010 by Medicinal Chemist + Holistic Practitioner, Kasia Bookmiller, with a mission to provide quality, plant based skincare that is good for you inside + out.
As Kasia grew her product line, it became apparent that what you eat affected your skin and what you put on your body, affected your body systems as a whole.
From there, Kasia grew her expertise by becoming a Functional Health Coach + Skin Nutritionist, where she ties together the importance of sound nutrition, whole body wellness and the biochemistry of skin, science + beauty.
Working with women of all ages, she specializes in hormone + menopause wellness, gut health + emotional eating.
Family Values
As a busy working Mom of two beautiful daughters, she started with a simple lotion to help their contact dermatitis. That turned into a passion for bringing quality, non toxic skincare to women that wanted a better, safer option for their skin.
Kasia's experience in formulation/ R+D led her to dive deeper into the mechanism of how ingredients work in skin structure + how each part of the puzzle should fit for skincare that is effective, nutritive + non sensitizing.
